We offer a one year warranty on our work from the time the project is completed. You can request a package to extend the warranty for additional years as an option. Our manufacturing partners offer their own warranties on products and we will take care of that to resolve any issues.
There are different methods and products to clean, preserve, and enhance the look of pavers, stone steps or stone walls. A white stain that could occur on pavers is efflorescence. It occurs with moisture being present and mineral deposits to the surface of the paver. If persist an efflorescence cleaner will remove from the pavers while being muriatic acid free.
A way to preserve the stone is to apply a sealer to protect against oil, salt and dirt over time.
When selecting a concrete-based product, the colour blend will remain fairly consistent. However, a slight colour difference from one batch to another based on the location of the manufacturer.
When selecting a natural stone product, there can be a difference between each piece even if its the same colour. This occurs because natural stone is not manufactured and variation from piece to piece adds beauty to the natural stone look.
When adding any hardscape (interlock, pathways) to your outdoor space. We use 1/8″per foot (1% slope) to 1/4″per foot (2% slope) dependent on the amount of sunlight and texture of the pavers. The water drains away from the house towards the back of the yard or to the swales on either side of the property.
